For every 100g of mix add 45ml of cold water. Doughnuts - Combine together the dry mix and the correct amount of cold water. Knead the dough gently and roll out onto a floured surface. Form the doughnut rings and then let rest for 15 minutes. Deep fry on 180℃ for approx 1 minute on each side (until golden brown). Scones - Combine together the dry mix and the correct amount of cold water. Add any extra ingredients such as fruit or cheese and then combine. Form your scones and then bake for 12-15 mins at 220℃.
